These two come up together constantly, and for good reason: both are large private online universities, both take intakes twice a year, both are UGC-DEB entitled and AICTE approved, and both are aimed squarely at people studying around a full-time job. On the things that decide whether a degree is valid and usable, they are level.

Amity's MBA fees vary by specialisation, and the variation is not arbitrary. The specialisations built with an outside body carry the outside body's content and, in some cases, its pathway.
So the premium is buying partner delivery rather than more semesters. That is worth paying for if you want the partner credential and would otherwise pursue it separately at your own cost. Manipal Jaipur has the longer functional list. Finance, marketing, HR, operations, supply chain, project management, international business, analytics and data science, BFSI, IT and FinTech, information systems, retail and digital marketing are all catalogued, and the university's stated positioning includes dual specialisation, so you can pair two rather than commit to one.
Amity's list is shorter and differently shaped. It includes construction project management run in association with RICS, international finance in collaboration with ACCA, hospital and healthcare management in collaboration with Medvarsity with an assured observership at Apollo, plus data science, business analytics, digital marketing, a dual specialisation and a general management route. If your target sector is one of those, the Amity version is not just a label on a syllabus. If it is not, Manipal Jaipur simply gives you more directions to choose from.
Amity admits on merit, with no entrance exam. Manipal Jaipur's MBA records an online aptitude test alongside a merit route, so budget for one extra step and a little more preparation before the seat is confirmed. Intake timing is a small but genuinely practical difference. Both open a January cycle. Amity's second cycle is in July; Manipal Jaipur's is in August.
